It has 2, slots for Focal two hole speakers that range from 35mm to 105mm. It also has 4, SM SW1 M8 holes. This allows both vertical and horizontal orientation when attaching to the SM SW1 swivel. I use these constantly to clean my Chinchilla Persian Cats nose which is always leaking. These pads are gentle on his nose and don't shed which I luv. There"s a little slit on one side to use if you want to slip your finger into to hold. These pads are soft on both sides. I dampen them before using. The shape to me is better than the round pads and also the edges are not rough like many round pads are.
