After being laser cut, the sheet steel is moulded in a series of mechanical production steps that rely on Alessi workshop skills to process the metal. The open work Vimini basket is made of durable 18 10 grade stainless steel. Great as a fruit basket or as a display piece.

Nice coat but packaging needs to be improved. It arrived not properly folded and as a result it was completely wrinkled. Took some work to iron so it looked as advertised. Packaging for such things has to be reviewed.
