Unser Täglich Brod Gieb Uns Heute Bread Knife HimmelA very unique original German knife, which is of a rather small size and somewhat simple in design. "Unser Tglich Brod Gieb Uns Heute" written on the handle. Manufactured by Himmel. It seems like it would be a bread knife to pair with the traditional wooden bread plate, however I have been completely unable to find any remotely comparable knife. The spelling on this is quite old, easily placing it into the 1800's, probably pre German Unification.
