I received a reply that there is a 1 year warranty and to send my order # and video showing the problem. I did the same day. No response. I waited a week, still no response. I sent the order # and video again. It has been almost a month, I have sent 4 emails, and no one will get back with me. I found a phone number online but when I called there is an automated response with their hours and then hangs up on me. THIS ITEM WILL QUIT WORKING AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE PRODUCT.
