Der Start war nicht einfach. Iraidu und Emilia arbeiteten 7 Tage die Woche, ohne Ferien, ohne Pause und nur nachts konnten sie ihre verdiente Ruhepause finden. Alles erfolgte in Handarbeit. Iraido rstete die Kartoffeln in Olivenl, Emilia fllte die fertigen Chips von Hand in Tten, um anschlieend von Haus zu Haus
