Da die Reben auf sehr kalkhaltigen Bden stehen, wird der Wein zunchst ca. 6 7 Monate in Eichenholzfssern zu 50 Hektolitern verfeinert, bevor er fr den Handel freigegeben wird, damit der ihm von den Bden mit auf den Weg gegebene intensive Tanningehalt abgerundet
